Mahi Mahi

Mahi-Mahi is a lean fish with a thick skin and firm texture. Translucent pinkish flesh, Mahi-Mahi is identifiable by the bright red bloodline that runs down the middle of the fillet when raw. Light meat, mild and sweet flavors with large moist flakes.
